Our History started in 1971
In 1971 Mr Boutte started Restaurant The Four Winds. From a small place he expanded it into a spacious & beautiful restaurant. He worked for years in the kitchen and was well known in Bruges. His son M.Boutte followed in his footsteps and completely modernized the restaurant. Today it is already the 3rd generation running the business.
